Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Voco The Franklin in New York was quite disappointing. The room size was shockingly small and poorly planned, making it uncomfortable to move about. However, the location was fantastic, close to Central Park and various local attractions, which was a plus. The staff was friendly but the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness and issues with the key card system.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Voco The Franklin New York. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, making me feel like family during my time there. However, I did find the rooms to be quite small, which could be a challenge for anyone with larger luggage. Overall, the charming atmosphere and great location near Central Park and museums made my experience nice.
My stay at Voco The Franklin New York exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location was incredibly convenient to nearby museums and Central Park, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room, while small, was clean and the bed was comfortable for a restful night. However, I did find the bathroom to be quite cramped and the overall decor felt outdated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the limited space might be challenging for couples or those with lots of luggage.
I had a mixed experience at Voco The Franklin. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff were definite highlights. However, the small room and lack of adequate customer service left me feeling disappointed overall.
My stay at The Franklin was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, close to Central Park and various museums, the room left much to be desired. It was small, which is expected in NYC, but I found it quite cramped and lacking in basic amenities like a fridge. Plus, there were some cleanliness issues that were hard to ignore. The breakfast options were minimal and disappointing too. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there are certainly areas in need of improvement.
