My stay at Voco The Franklin in New York was quite disappointing. The room size was shockingly small and poorly planned, making it uncomfortable to move about. However, the location was fantastic, close to Central Park and various local attractions, which was a plus. The staff was friendly but the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness and issues with the key card system.
